We love the spontaneity being a start-up business brings. At a recent business event the guest speaker was none other than London’s No.1 plumbing firm, Pimlico Plumbers founder, Charlie Mullins. An opportunity arose to speak to Charlie and we spoke about what Secret Hamper was all about and our future plans. We mentioned that we aim to launch a digital version in 2018 and how with Christmas fast approaching it would be good to collaborate in some way.
We thought we could have a voucher on our website that would enable individuals or businesses (great idea for their Corporate Socially Responsibility) to buy which would enable an elderly person to have their boiler serviced by Pimlico and receive a hamper of goodies from us. Included in the hamper would be a nostalgic CD from Past Perfect Vintage which has also shown to have amazing effects for those suffering with dementia.
After a few weeks of sorting out the finer details we are pleased to announce that the voucher is now live on our website, click here
This edifies our ethos of becoming the Home of Random Acts of Kindness and we hope that we can help others, whether that’s individuals or businesses spread some joy with kindness this Christmas and have a positive impact on the elderly within their local community.
We will be starting to distribute the vouchers through our chosen charity for this campaign, AgeUK, via their many networks within the M25 area.
We are so pleased that we have managed to put this collaboration together and we hope that you can help spread some kindness this festive season.
