Good Morning Britain

Yesterday we made our 6th #ThankYouNHS delivery to one of the Worlds most famous Children’s Hospitals, Great Ormond Street In London.

This takes the total amount of hampers delivered to date to 420, containing 20,000+ treats reaching thousands of selfless NHS staff, helping to raise morale and show those that care we care. Huge thank you to all the wonderful businesses that helped make this a reality.

What an honour it was to find out that Good Morning Britain would be featuring our delivery with the help of 2 very special and inspirational children, Noah Wall and Ella Chadwick. This was a massive accolade to have our initiative featured on such a massive national TV show.

Unfortunately there wasn’t enough room for me on the sofa, but, it was great to watch live behind the scenes as Ben Shepherd and Charlotte Hawkins interviewed the children as pictures from the delivery were shown on the big screen to be viewed by millions across the UK.

We really hope that our #ThankYouNHS initiative captures the hearts of the nation, the NHS plays such an important part in our lives and a vast majority of us will have some dealings with them during the course of our lives.

Whilst we were in the studios we bumped in to a few more familiar faces and who knew that Sean Fletcher was an Essex boy?!

Next on our list is Alder Hey in Liverpool, as this will be the 5th Hospital on Noah’s wish list of helping us deliver to 5 children’s hospitals. From there we hope to bring together businesses and the folk of Essex together to deliver 280 hampers in just one day to 4 hospitals across the county. for details of these plus other locations please visit our dedicated page here
